What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need flexibility with these times, please contact us. We will gladly accommodate if possible!
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed with advanced permission.
No fees will be charged for pets, unless there is evidence of a pet's stay (e.g., excessive cleaning needed), a cleaning fee will be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in will be charged for one night's stay.
Do you have smoking rooms?
The building is entirely smoke-free. Smoking indoors will result in a $200 fee and may require you to leave immediately.
If you need a main floor room, please call us to check availability. We do not have an elevator.
Do you have an elevator?
No, we do not. If you require being on the first floor, contact us directly with your request.
Do you have monthly or weekly rates?
If you're a group needing long-term accommodations, please call us to discuss options.
We do not offer discounted rates for individuals.
Do you give discounts for veterans and/or seniors?
No, we do not.
When will my card be charged?
Upon check-in, your credit or debit card will be charged for the total amount of the room and tax. A card must also be kept on file for incidentals.
What happens if there are damages or missing items?
Charges will be applied based on the cost to repair or replace any damages or missing items.
